Web design and website audit prices

Setting up a website for your company or business does not cost as much as you may expect. My low web design prices are competitive and offer great value for money, and if you look at my portfolio you'll see my designs appeal to a wide range of clients.

Choose from the following web design price options:

(Please note: Unfortunately, due to constraints I am unable to offer e-commerce, database powered or content managed websites.)

1. Single Page Website

Most businesses and organisations now recognise that they need a web address. But some are not ready for a full website or they have no real content to place there. I can create a single page website, with some information about what you do and your full contact details, including an email link.

Single Page website price is £100.

 

2. Two to Ten Page Website

This is a basic website with two to ten pages such as a home page, about us, contact details, enquiry form, etc.

Two to Ten Page website price will cost from £250.

 

3. Ten or More Page Website

This would be as in (2) with a few more pages illustrating products and services and perhaps including a portfolio or testimonial details. If required it would also include an online enquiry form asking the questions you specify to help generate business.

Ten or More Page website price will cost from £500.

 

Website Updates and Modification Rates

Lots of people don't want the hassle of updating website content themselves. If this is you then I can make changes to your site upon request. My charge for this is £15 per hour. This will cover text and image changes, or even new layout changes that you require.

 

Search Engine Optimisation

If you require Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) add about £50 - £100.

 

Hosting and Domain Name Registration

Hosting and domain name registration is performed by an external hosting company who offer fast and reliable web space for your site to ensure it is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Hosting packages will cost from £18.99 - £159.98 + VAT.

Domain name registration for .co.uk, .me.uk, .org.uk .ltd.uk or .plc.uk. domains is free with a hosting package.

All my website designs are fully accessible in accordance with the Disability Discrimination Act and comply to the W3C standards.

 

Website Audits

I can audit an existing website to help you identify work which needs to be done to improve its usability, visibility and accessibility. This means that it will not present barriers to information for people with disabilities, and it will be easier for all site visitors to find information and use site functions.

Accessibility audits will cost a minimum £50 (based on a 3 hour audit). Price increases thereafter depend on the time taken for the size of the website being audited and amount of issues found. Extra time will be charged at £15 per hour.
